  • Interview stage 2Behavioral assessment
    a broad based personality trait questionnaire to assess behavior and preferences of the candidate vs. the brief
  • Interview stage 3Competency interview
    a competency framework assessment developed and scored in line with key skill requirements of the JD
  • Shortlisting of successful candidates
  • Submission of Candidate Profile document – a detailed document including CV, Consultant comments and feedback on interview process
